Yuki Singletary, brain wave miner and literature nerd, is pulled into a pirate mission to recover Virginia Woolf’s brain waves from deep space—specifically, the magic moment when Woolf read the famous madeleine chapter in Proust. To save Woolf’s thoughts, she’ll have to travel from deep space to the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris while navigating between the wild and violent pirate Captain Koko and the attractive but even more dangerous oligarch Wei Bahman. How much will she risk to save Woolf’s thoughts? It’s a lurid, literary, gruesome, funny, crass, foul-mouthed, sweet and salty tale.
